My first window into career coaching opened when I worked at Veterans Upward Bound, advising veterans on courses at Boise State University to help them achieve their goals. I didn’t know it then, but that window opened a passion for career coaching that expanded when I moved to Boston. At UMass Medical School and BioGen, I wore many hats such as executive assistant and team lead, mentoring and coaching professionals to align their skills with their aspirations.

In 2018, after earning my MBA, I launched Next Step Career Services, where I’ve been supporting job seekers across diverse industries navigate every step of the job search journey. From Fortune 50 executives to ambitious mid-career professionals ready for more, I provide customized strategies to highlight each client’s unique strengths as we partner together to position them for success.
