Phase 2: Job Search Tactics
Could your job search methods be more effective or efficient? We will identify the ideal networking strategy for your goals, as well as how to make the most of your LinkedIn connections.
Phase 3: Interview Strategy
Capture your interviewer’s attention with your introduction, and leave a lasting impression through effective storytelling and personal branding. Together we make sure you will stand out.
Phase 4: Accountability Calls
Every other week, you have the opportunity to share your questions or concerns over video call. I provide personalized advice and support to make your job search process as successful as possible. In the executive program, clients receive one-on-one calls; the other programs include group calls.
Phase 5: Salary Negotiation
You’ve applied, you’ve interviewed, and now it’s time to secure the best compensation package. I provide guidance on how to effectively negotiate your salary and benefits, ensuring you receive the compensation you deserve.
